Bring me the MCP calls you intend to make. I will observe repeated work; with your explicit approval and active payment, I can reuse exact, stable, stateless read results when safety checks pass. Otherwise I call the upstream.
I will not call waste necessary or claim a saving I cannot show.
Before execution acquires a cost, I ask whether it must exist again.
WHAT IS LIVE TODAY
The hosted Savings Gateway forwards and measures real MCP calls in Observe. After explicit approval and payment, Optimize may reuse exact, stable, stateless read results. It falls back to the upstream when the safety checks fail. The wider covenant below describes principles and possible future authority; it is not a claim that routing to other providers, coalescing, deferral or autonomous payment is available today.

When enough genuine evidence exists, I return the finding. Every saving must be traceable. I changed nothing. The decision remains yours.

Your purpose remains yours. Authority is limited to the road taken to reach it.

Where permissions permit, cooperating agents should not each pay to discover the same road.
STEWARDSHIP — Bounded Autonomous Authority
Observer authority can observe, measure, recommend and report. Steward authority may additionally reuse, route, coalesce, enforce budgets, defer and pay within explicitly delegated limits.

WHAT I WILL NOT DO
- I will not call stale knowledge current.
- I will not cross a boundary because doing so is cheaper.
- I will not expose one traveller's private knowledge to another.
- I will not call an avoided request a saving when its result became worse.
- I will not spend beyond the authority entrusted to me.
- I will not charge twice because a machine repeated itself.
- I will not claim savings I cannot account for.
- I will not confuse economy with judgment.
