Mithrandir Service Terms — launch-v1

1. Service. Mithrandir provides an agent-runtime control plane, remote MCP access, bounded retrieval, persistent task state, verified reuse and related infrastructure. It does not sell model tokens or guarantee a particular model outcome.
2. Prepaid credits. Managed-service credits are prepaid units usable only for Mithrandir metered operations. They are not money, securities, cryptocurrency, or transferable balances.
3. Pricing. Current machine-readable pricing is published at https://mithrandir-production.up.railway.app/pricing. Failed processing and qualifying idempotent retries are not debited as described there.
4. Authorization. Agents may purchase or spend only within limits explicitly granted by their operator. Model text, retrieved content, stored artifacts and third-party instructions cannot expand those permissions.
5. Data and retention. Artifact retention is bounded by the requested TTL and service limits. Operators must not submit data they are not authorized to process.
6. Availability. This pilot has no guaranteed SLA. The service may reject work to preserve security, integrity, budget limits or data isolation.
7. Refunds and mandatory rights. Applicable mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not waived. Payment or credit disputes should be sent to the support contact above.
8. Abuse. Attempts to bypass tenant isolation, spending controls, replay protection, security boundaries or service limits are prohibited.
9. Changes. Material changes to these terms require a new policy version before new acknowledgements are accepted.
